Best in the Business!
The Expedition Leader is the beating heart of an expedition team. They help to keep the itinerary on track, keep the team safe and motivated, support the teachers and make sure everyone is getting the most out of the experience.
Our Leaders are very much part of the Outlook family and many work for us year after year.
Superb. Henry was outstanding and we worked brilliantly as a team. I would be thrilled to go on another expedition with him and would recommend him to any of our staff without hesitation.
Highly qualified and experienced
All our Leaders go through a thorough selection process and hold minimum technical qualifications of a Mountain Leader Award and first aid. We also require our Leaders to have relevant experience of world travel as well as working with and developing young people.
We also deliver regular CPD training to our Leaders to ensure they are kept up to date on subjects such as mental health, gender identity and altitude awareness.
Tom was excellent and had a very good understanding of when to push the pupils to be independent and when to support.
