From the start of your expedition journey, you and your team mates are in the driving seat. You'll be working with our planners to shape your itinerary and decide on how you want your expedition to go and what you want to get out of it.
Planning and taking responsibility are two key learning outcomes of expeditions so use it as an opportunity to hone these skills.
Every destination and itinerary will have specific requirements in terms of preparation. From any visas or vaccinations you may need to the specific kit you'll need for each phase of the expedition - make sure you know what you need to do and when. To keep on top
We're here every step of the way though if you need support.
Outlook provides all team equipment such as tents, stoves, specialist safety equipment and medical kits. Personal kit can be bought easily from a variety of shops. You will be provided with a kit list for specific itinerary once it's confirmed. All Outlook participants can get a 15% discount through our partnership with Cotswold Outdoor.
None of our Expeditions trips require Olympic standards but you will need a good level of fitness to remain healthy and ensure you are fully able to participate in all elements of the itinerary.
Most Expeditions are self sufficient so you will be required to carry your rucksack and kit yourself. Check out our fitness guide for more information. For more information, check out our Fitness Guide
