Find out how to launch an Explore trip in your school in six easy steps.
1. Choose your trip
Choose one of our fully inclusive Explore trips.
Choose the itinerary that best suits your desired duration, learning objectives and subject link.
2. Contact Us
Get in touch with our Bookings Team who will provide a quote, provide more information about the trip you're interested in and answer any questions.
Once you decide to go ahead, we will help to get things kickstarted for you.
3. Welcome Pack
We will send you a pack of information and resources to help you launch the trip in school. You'll also receive:
An assembly presentation with video and inspirational images
Beautifully presented itinerary for each student
Promotional posters to display in school
A letter to send to parents
4. Information Evening
We will run an online information evening for interested students and their parents, including an informative and engaging presentation and a variety of takeaway materials.
Families will be able to revisit the presentation and videos via a specially designed, personalised launch website.
5. Ongoing Support
Basecamp is our customer portal where students can sign up and other pre-travel logistics are managed.
A dedicated Account Manager will also be on hand to help you throughout the planning process.
6. Prepare to Explore
We will deliver a 'Prepare to Explore' event at school approximately one month prior to departure.
The purpose is to ensure that students are full prepared to travel and parents have all the information they need. It's also an opportunity to meet and get to know the Leader Team before departure.
