For several destinations that Outlook operate in, visas are not required to obtain before entry. Some countries provide visas on entry, others do not require a visa at all if you are a British National*. Please see the list of our 2024 countries below.
Please note, all the advice below relates to anyone travelling with a British passport. If you intend to travel with a passport that is not British, please check your consular services website for your destination for more information about entry requirements.
ALL travellers must ensure they travel with at least 6-months validity on their passport.

British nationals do not need a visa to enter Costa Rica. You may stay as a visitor for a maximum of 180 days under a tourist visa waiver, although the exact period is at the discretion of the immigration officer on arrival. For any participants transiting through the United States, you will be required to register for either an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) visa waiver or a visa to enter or transit the USA. On rare occasions, you may be required to fly into a country that is not your final destination. This may be due to several factors such as flight availability or the location of your activities within your chosen destination. If this is the case, you may be required to have a visa to enter these countries before continuing overland to your final destination. You will be informed of these visa requirements closer to departure or, please refer to your draft itinerary which is produced prior to Easter in your year of departure.
