Application in person

• Original passport with at least 1 months’ validity from the date of departure from Vietnam.
• Completed application form
• 1 passport photo fixed to the application form

Application by post

• Original passport with at least 1 months’ validity from the date of departure from Vietnam.
• Completed application form
• 1 passport photo fixed to the application form
• Self Addressed envelope (not stamped)
• Cheque or postal order payable to the ‘Embassy of Vietnam’ (with names, phone + passport number written on the back).
• Sent to Embassy of Vietnam, 12 – 14 Victoria Road, London, W8 5RD. More than one visa application can be submitted per envelope.

Application by email, collect in person

• Scanned copy of original passport with at least 1 months’ validity from the date of departure from Vietnam.
• Completed application form
• Proof of fee payment by bank transfer (screen shot will suffice)
• All required documents must be emailed to consular@vietnamembassy.org.uk before 12:30 pm in order for approved visa to be collected the next working day.
• Visa must be collected at the Embassy. Please REMEMBER to bring your original passport, original application form and the confirmation email. A third party can collect visa on the applicant’s behalf.

Application by email, receive by post

• Scanned copy of original passport with at least 1 months’ validity from the date of departure from Vietnam.
• Completed application form
• Completed photo & address form (available online). Photo must be colour, passport sized
• Proof of fee payment by bank transfer (screen shot will suffice)
• All required documents must be emailed to consular@vietnamembassy.org.uk before 12:30 pm in order for approved visa to be posted on the next working day

All visas are returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm or International Tracked and Signed

Fees

• A single entry visa costs £55 (Per Person 3 working days) or £72 (Per Person Express 1 working day). For postal applications, fees vary depending on the number of passports sent. Fees are as follows: One Passport: £8. Two-Six Passports: £6 each. Seven-Fourteen Passports: £4 each. Fifteen (or more) Passports: £2 each, (the postal process takes 3 working days).
