Our Customer Support Team is on hand to provide help and support to families throughout the Explore journey. If they don't know the answer, they'll find out and come back to you as soon as possible.
Available by phone or email from 9.00am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Peace of Mind
Whilst in country, teams have a range of support services available to them.
Our 24 hour Ops Room, run by our permanent staff, provides advice and support, monitors team progress and ensures rapid response in an emergency*
Leader Teams always have access to money and carry cards which can be topped up instantly by the UK Ops Room
Teams have access to 24 hour medical advice from a doctor in the UK via RMS (Remote Medical Support)
Teams are equipped with satellite phones and GPS systems and some travelling to remote areas also have Personal Locator Beacons
*Please note: Our Ops Room is for the purposes of supporting our teams overseas. To keep the lines clear, we do not give the number to parents. If you have any questions or concerns whilst your child is overseas, please call the Customer Support Team.
